Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from ZentaiCatsuit:

• Browse for the costume you desire.

• Select the size that fits you or select custom made (Cosplay Costume is completely Custom Made).

• Input the quantity desired. If you just want one item, you can simply ignore this step.

• Click “Add to Cart.”

• Repeat these steps until you think you've selected all desired costumes then click to proceed to check out.

• You can register an account at lucksuit.com to get all the privilege we offer for membership only or you can check out as a guest.

• Make a payment.

• Check the email. We'll notify you when we shipped the item. Perhaps, you may have already received it before you check your email.

• Visit frequently to lucksuit.com to see the awesome and frequently updated inventory we've have, you're a valued customer!

How can I make a payment to ZentaiCatsuit?

There are different ways you can pay for your lucksuit.com orders:

• PayPal Recommend for Customer with a Paypal account

• Credit Cards including Visa, Master, Discover and American Express Recommend for Non-Paypal Users

We do not accept ordering through the phone. All orders need to be placed through the website.

Paying with PayPal

• With PayPal, you can make a payment quickly and securely online.

• Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.

Advantages with using PayPal:

 In Payment Information section, please choose "Paypal Standard". You will be redirected to Paypal website when you place an order. Please wait for a few seconds.

How can I check the status of my order?

During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information, and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

You also can log in your ZentaiCatsuit account to check status of all of your orders.

What else should I know about shipping before making my payment?

Here is some of the most important information that you should be aware of before you place orders:

When ZentaiCatsuit sends goods to you across countries, you are importing . In many countries this means you will be liable for import duties and other taxes , if there are any . It's your responsibility to find out about this, and your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items. These should not affect American customers. If your country's policies differ you should find out yourself and pay the respective charges.

Generally our costumes cannot be deliver ed to PO Box. So please provide us a street address. Orders with PO Boxes for shipping addresses will be held until a valid shipping address is given.

How do I cancel or alter my order?

1. Cancellation before payment

Just send us an email to orders [email protected] and provide the order number, and also your ID. The cancellation will be processed as soon as we receive your email.

2. Withdrawing an order after payment

If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us within 12 hours after payment.

For costumes, footwear, and accessories, if you decide to cancel within those first 12 hours you may receive a full refund if the order has not begun tailoring or creation. If you contact us about a cancellation within 24 hours of the payment we can refund up to 75% of the purchase price depending on the progress of the order. If contact us within 72 hours and the order has not been shipped we can refund up to 50% of the purchase price, once again depending on how far the progress of the order is.

For Wigs, please try to contact before the 12 hours, because wigs ship faster it is very possible that the wig will be shipped withing 12 hours if it's a rush order. We CAN NOT cancel orders that have been shipped.

If the product has already shipped we cannot cancel or change the order.

If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.

Shipping can be free on everything in our store. We pride ourselves on low prices and free shipping.

We offer free shipping to the following areas:

United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Vatican, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, and China Mainland , Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu , Austria, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany, Sweden, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Swaziland, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippine, and Malaysia.

If you're not from these area, please contact us, extra shipping fees may be applied.

You can also choose DHL express shipping as shipping method, the express shipping cost will depend on the weight/size and destination. The shipping cost can be estimated within the shopping cart. DHL/UPS/FeDex shipping for commission orders or weapon orders requires an individual quote on actual shippings fees.

How long does shipping take?

The delivery of standard size items , for example, Cosplay Wigs, normally take 1 or 2 business days to process and 5 to 7 working days to most major cities in Europe, Asia and North America. There can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control.

Custom made costumes, for example, Cosplay Costumes and Cosplay Footwear can take as long as 7 to 10 business days to complete , starting 1 business day after we received the payment, and will ship immediately after their completion.

Our standard shipping method( Free Shipping Method)  normally take 7-10 business days and is trackable online.Your order will be delivered by your national postal service, for instance, if you are in US, your parcel will be delivered by USPS. This shipping method

You can also choose Express Delivery Method such as DHL,UPS,FedEX,EMS. It will generally shorten the shipping time to 3 to 5 business days however this is not guaranteed. This method of shipment can also be delayed from weather, customs, and other unforeseeable events.
